Configure DOORS database dictionary

Hi there,

i want to manipulate the DOORS database dictionary that way, that i kind of import a list of words into the database dictionary for every user out of a Excel file. This to enhance the useability of the dictionary by adding a set of special terms out of our project environment.
The database dictionary shall not be editible by the DOORS users.
Is this - by any chance - possible?
Where is the database dictionary located and is it encrypted?
